View on GoogleCUSTOMER BEWARE. DO NOT GO HERE. I was referred here by kwik car and it was a huge mistake coming here. I brought them my vehicle. They had it for less than 2 hrs replaced no parts and charged me $300. Just for it to break down again the next day with the same problems. They refused to warranty the work. They wouldn't even look at it. They told me to bring somewhere else. I never insulted them on the phone. I've might of been frustrated and a little stern when I was explaining my situation but I never said anything derogatory towards them. There was no reason for the guy answering the phone to get over sensitive and refuse service on me. I'm a hard working family man that just wants to get to work and take my son to school. Unfortunately this mechanic has left me stranded for the holidays. I get that y'all are busy and have a base clientele. Being that busy is a blessing. You had an opportunity to use that blessing to get someone outside of your inner circle back on the road and you failed. It will never effect your bottom line leaving me stranded that why your comfortable treating me like this. I have never took money from a client and didn't warranty the work or guarantee satisfaction. BUYER BEWARE. If they don't know you, they don't care about you.
