Fantastic experience with Jacob Camp and finance as well. No gimmicks just up front pricing and financing. Cut straight to the chase and got it done for us when we needed to upgrade from a Tahoe. We are loving my expedition max (purchased in December). Thanks guys!

View on GoogleWent to buy a 2021 Kia Forte GT that I saw online, listed well priced. Salesman Justin was great about getting back with me in a speedy timeframe, especially when I asked to ensure the car was still available as I drove from over an hour away. However, when I was given the price for the car there was an increase of $2k for 'dealer prep' charges. When I asked what it was, Justin told me it was for fluids and checks on the car to make it ready for sale, but he could not give me specifics. I found that frustrating as he couldn't tell me what 'preparations' were made on this particular car to offset such a charge. This made me leery, but the price of the car was still agreeable based on comparable models. Then after that, when I was discussing the financing with the finance manager Michael, there was another surprise $1k for roadside protection and gap coverage that was apparently necessary for my auto loan. Again, even with the $3k in surprise increases the price of the car was still comparable, but when I left the dealer I debated with myself if I had been taken advantage of. I went in expecting more transparency. The car was still a fair deal and my experience was quick and mostly easy. I just wish the car buying trip left me feeling more at ease with the process and price.

The repairs were completed within the time frame quoted. The repairs were done great & my cost was less than expected. JT also did some touch up paint around my vehicle at no charge.
