Brought my car in to investigate an unusual noise. The gentlemen were very helpful in diagnosing the issue and recommending a fix (which was related to worn out brakes pads and a loose wheel hub.) They were very transparent and honest with every issue that they discovered and their recommendations for service. They did an excellent job and got everything fixed for us in only a couple hours even though the shop appeared to be decently busy that day. Everyone was super attentive and professional, especially the general manager Doug, who had great customer service and was very helpful. Great experience, I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a reliable auto repair shop!

Thank you Frank and Nate! Called and discussed brakes with Frank. Very helpful over phone and gave me his opinion. Drop off car and was ready several hours later. Nate took a ride with me to help diagnose another issue. Extremely helpful and both extremely knowledgeable. Most important about my experience was integrating & honesty. Two crucial aspects when dealing with car issues….excellent experience. They gained not only a new customer, but a new friend. I will be back!

Had an issue that I was worried was the transmission. They double-checked just in case, and found it was a much more minor issue. Left it at the shop late in the afternoon, they fixed it and got it back to me the following day. The owner/operator even gave me a ride to save me the cost of getting to and from the shop for drop-off and pickup. Speedy service, very friendly customer service, and overall a great experience. Would recommend to a friend.

Byron and the guys at eagle were incredible! They did a full rebuild on my 4L60e and ALWAYS kept me in the loop during the repair process. Not only this but the transmission was backed with warranty and they were EAGER to help if I had any trouble after the repair. I also want to include this as a side bar - They had previously diagnosed an issue and after working with me we decided to move forward with ordering parts and going about this repair, and one of the guys in the shop discovered it was a much simpler fix, and while I still personally decided to fix the originally diagnosed issue they were looking out for me as the customer and were actively trying to save me money and were going to eat parts cost if I decided to go the simpler route. All in all these guys are great and if you are wanting a transmission done these are your guys.
