I am extremely disappointed with the experience my wife had at this location. She simply went in for a routine oil change, something that should be quick, professional and straightforward. Instead, she was met with an incredibly unprofessional staff and a manager who only made the situation worse. From the beginning, the employees showed a complete lack of respect and professionalism. Their attitude toward my wife was dismissive and rude, which is completely unacceptable when someone is paying for a service. Customers should never feel like they are an inconvenience just for walking through the door. What made the situation even more frustrating was the response from the manager. Instead of stepping in to resolve the issue, address the behavior of the staff, or show even basic customer service, the manager matched the same unprofessional attitude. When management behaves this way, it sends the message that poor treatment of customers is acceptable in this business. My wife went in expecting a simple oil change and basic courtesy. Instead, she left feeling disrespected and upset. No customer should have to deal with that kind of treatment, especially over a basic service that takes place every day at thousands of shops that manage to treat people with professionalism and respect. Businesses succeed or fail based on how they treat people. Unfortunately, this location seems to have completely forgotten that. If the staff and management cannot treat customers with basic respect and professionalism, then serious changes need to be made. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I strongly encourage the owners to take a hard look at the behavior of both their staff and their management, because what my wife experienced today was completely unacceptable.

Did not have our oil filter. Sent us across the street to auto parts store to obtain. Returned and they offered a $1 discount for a $15 oil filter. Nope. We left.

Super rude, told me they could care less if I came back, don't go there, just asked for basic oil change, charged me for full service anyway. Will never go back and suggest you don't either.

Stopped in for an inspection (avoid lunch hours between 12-2p) and ended up coming back for an oil change on our other truck after verifying they had the parts I needed. Inspection was quick, and Ben brought my ripped and torn wiper blades over so I could easily see they did need replacing. The oil change was a little longer of course, but the a/c in the lobby was much appreciated! We got new oil and air filter with a very reasonable wait time. Everybody up there was polite and helpful. In the 100F+ afternoon heat, that earns extra bonus points. Tbh, I'd avoided stopping here for oil changes before, assuming the only seating while waiting were the benches outside. Luckily the lobby was very quickly pointed out while I was there for the inspection.

THE NEW MANAGMENT IS GREAT I have never written a review for an oil change shop before now. Reason being that, I don't expect much in the way of customer service from them. I had an oil change today, and I met one of the new managers, Roy (Ben was out for the day). Roy was kind, authentic & considerate. He wasn't the kind of personality one would often expect from a shop. They were thorough in doing the job. People like Roy make the world of retail and service a better place.
