Kevin drove from Grand Prairie to forney for a great price and was here promptly! His service once he arrived was about 10 minutes and excellent! I was door dashing in the middle of the night after work, my tire pressure light came on and I thought the sensor was bad because it wasn’t pulling to one side of making noise or anything other than the sensor going off. I stopped for gas and looked to see if it was low, and it was on the ground! There was the sweetest kid ever that just got off work and tried to help, he was so great but he couldn’t help. I waited hours on road side assistance ans by the grace of the man upstairs, my paycheck hit early!! I googled tire services 24 hours and Vigil’s was the second one I called, the first one didn’t answer. Vigil picked up and we had our discussion, and agreed on terms and when I tell you he had me mobile again within 30-45 mins of the initial phone call I was over the moon! I decided to go the extra route with him because he made sure he showed me what was wrong abd told me why. Every step he took he told me why, and I couldn’t be happier! Matter of fact i will be going to them for another tire soon and an alignment. He broke my tire down and replaced in in minutes, I think it was faster than any tire shop I’ve been to! I felt taken care of, and he made it so simple and easy to hand over money. Any question was answered, any concern was addressed. I felt like my family was taking care of me. I was very impressed!! Thank you so very much Vigil! I will be recommending you to everyone I hear may need a tire service! Sitting at a gas station for 3+ hours waiting on road side assistance was horrible but that made it so much better! I also shared a picture of the business he recommended for another tire and alignment!! Thank you so much again!!

So thankful for them, on my way home from work my tire popped reached out to this mobile service i found on Google and they took good care of me! Price was better than the roadside assistance offered on the back of my DL! Waited no more than 30 mintues for them to arrive and the repair was about 20 mins! Versus the other company who said it would be about 3hrs the guy actually told me to find someone else, and I’m glad he did! If ever in Dallas and you need a tire repair I HIGHLY recommend this place their communication is amazing dispatch kept me posted almost every min on where his driver was. The guy who arrived was very quick and nice!

If I could give this man 10*'s I definitely would. I called him at 8am and was in my bed while my car is 20 miles away at a gas station. Told him my tire size and he said he would be there by 2pm and would change it which was great for me. I went back to sleep he sent me pictures while he was going through the process. 20 minutes later he was done and I zelled him which was super easy. Great service and highly recommended.. I hope I don't have to use it again but you never know but now I know I'm holding a ace in my back pocket with vigils... thanks my guy you are a savior!!!
