I had an appointment at 10:00AM for a tire rotation service. When I got there the shop was not open. It took 16 minutes for the shop to open. I signed in gave them my information and they said it will take an hour. I shopped around an hour later and they said my vehicle is not ready it will be another 30mins. I went to a different to shop. I get a call 2 HOUR LATER!! Thinking my vehicle was ready. WRONG! They said they cannot work on my vehicle because I didn’t have the tire lock. I told them my tire lock should be in my vehicle as it was there last time I bought my vehicle to yall for the same service. They proceeded to say the tire lock is not in the vehicle and I have to buy one for them to proceed with the service . After 2 hours? When my appointment was for 10:00AM and they lost my tire lock and want me to buy one out of pocket? I’ve been a customer for years and I have never had this problem. I asked for the supervisor contact information and they didn’t not want to give it to me and said they have a new person and is trying their best. I told them I get it and respect it but the supervisor needs to be aware ! 2 hours!! And my tire lock gone? And no services !!! I am beyond upset .

However awesome the price is, it's not worth it. These people are so good at being rude and ignoring you at the counter, they must actually train for it. Literally no cars in the bay and they will tell you how backed up they are and it will be a few hours. I've had better service from bees when trying to take their honey. Never again!

I actually live a mile away from a different Sam’s club and would rather drive the 10 miles to come to this location because they actually take care of their customers in a timely manner here.
View on GoogleMade appointment April 12 for a headlight restoration. Guy did not come in. My appointment was at 6pm they have plenty of time to call and reschedule but no. I show up and they tell me to reschedule. So I do. April 27 I come in at 10 to get it done and nothing. Again guy didn’t show up. Would you like to reschedule. No thanks. Would give them No starts if it was possible.
View on GoogleDear Store Managers: I am writing to express my deep disappointment in the poor service provided at your establishment. I recently brought my truck into your establishment due to a flat tire and to my surprise, the staff that assisted me was completely incompetent and rude in informing me that they would not be able to repair my tire without an appointment. It is simply unacceptable to be asked to make an appointment to repair a flat tire. This lack of common sense and courtesy is outrageous. Am I supposed to ask inanimate objects such as screws or nails that decide to damage my tire to give me advance notice so I can get an appointment at your establishment? It is evident that the level of service and professionalism at this establishment leaves much to be desired. I cannot recommend this tire store at all as their poor service only serves to generate anger in customers. I sincerely hope that you will take immediate corrective action to improve the quality of customer service and avoid situations like the one I had to experience. I look forward to a prompt response and resolution to this unpleasant incident.
