I am from out of town and my car broke down near this place so that was my options. I had to have it towed over and never even got to meet the guy. him knowing that I was in Phoenix Arizona. Any mechanic could take advantage of people and this guy didn't, he just did an amazing job, they took care of me and got the car back on the road quicker than heck, Was very honest, up front, didn't overcharge, didn't throw on extra stuff super pleased would go back here any time I can. So relieved to have been recommended this place. Took my truck because my water pump was going out. Got there at 230. Gonzalo gave a ride home. And just 3 hours later, my truck was ready! He even went to pick me up with my truck! Can't ask for better service! I will recommend this place to anyone looking for good honest service!

GREAT PRICES!!! We had the work priced in North Carolina and Pro Automotive Price was THOUSANDS cheaper. GREAT WORK they swapped the engine in my wife's Cadillac. They accepted the engine and returned the bad one with no issues. The only problem was there was a lot of scratches on the exterior that we did not have before. I have had no issues since and the car has gone to North Carolina and back twice now.
