READ BEFORE TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO GET AN ALIGNMENT This shop lacks the technical knowledge to properly align modified vehicles and will still take your money anyway. I brought my lowered Mustang with Pedders coilovers and front camber plates about an hour before closing only to get a quote. I clearly explained to Odell (the manager, though he initially claimed to be just a tech) that other shops had struggled adjusting camber due to the car being lowered. Without even opening the hood to inspect the suspension, he assured me they could adjust the camber with no problem and pushed me to do the alignment immediately. I agreed, was asked to pay before the car was finished, and shortly after, the car was returned with only the toe adjusted. The camber was untouched. When questioned, the tech said camber “costs more,” even though camber correction was the entire reason for the visit. After putting the car back on the rack, Odell finally opened the hood and then claimed camber couldn’t be adjusted due to missing hardware (see image below). This is factually incorrect: • Front camber: My car has Pedders camber plates, which are adjusted under the top mount. The red knob on top is only for damping, as clearly shown in the Pedders instruction manual (see images). That knob does not adjust camber. • Rear camber: Ford’s own suspension diagram shows the factory eccentric camber bolts at the rear upper control arm/subframe connection (see image). These were already installed on the car as they come stock. Despite this, I left with $240 charged and zero camber correction. The next day, Ford service confirmed—using official diagrams—that my rear camber is adjustable from the factory. When I returned to the shop with this information, Odell denied seeing the coilovers the day before after opening the hood and incorrectly claimed the damping knob adjusts camber, which directly contradicts the manufacturer’s documentation (see picture below). When I pointed this out, he became defensive and began yelling at me in front of other customers. I gave them one final chance the following day. They then tried to charge extra to adjust camber plates—something I clearly stated upfront—and still struggled to locate the rear eccentric bolts, to the point where I had to walk into the shop and show them where the camber adjustment was. Hopefully I have educated them enough for them to work on a Mustang next time. This shop will confidently accept jobs they clearly don’t understand, misrepresent basic suspension components, and charge you regardless of results. They didn’t even offer a refund after having me give them a clinic over how to work on a Mustang’s suspension. If you have a performance or modified vehicle, DO NOT BRING IT HERE.

Odell and Joseph were super nice and easy to work with. They were very knowledgeable about fixing my Toyota's oil leak (it was gushing 1-2 quats a week). They were able to quickly figure out which gaskets had failed and replace them. They replaced the rear main seal gasket, oil pan, along with a few other gaskets for a very reasonable price and quick. The car runs better than before for sure. Definitely going back. Highly recommend.
