Brought my daughter car to get an estimate for brakes. They took the car back and had it for over 30 minutes just for an estimate. I told them several times to bring me the car because it shouldn’t take that long to provide an estimate. They stated they were busy and I asked just to get an estimate. I then asked for my car and they then stated a $30 dollar diagnostic. I stated that price was never given or provided and to give me my keys. The gentleman proceeded to hold my keys hostage. They didn’t want to give me my car. I had to call Grand Police regarding the matter. GP advised them that you can’t try to throw out a price for your convenience and that they didn’t see any type of signs or work orders, providing the price and let it be a lesson Learned that they need to be better. When they’re dealing with customers. This place is super unprofessional and I asked to do not take your car. They will try to hold your car hostage and try to Give a fake prices in order for them to survive as a business.

Came in early Saturday on May 6 Spoke with Gabriel about a noise that my Toyota RAV4 was making from under the rear side , he test drove , came back and continued with checking with problem, did all was possible, finally found the problem Did some tighten on shock bolts And yes all noise was gone Thanks for saving me time and money I definitely recommend this shop I would give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Javi

Was told I can get a alignment & it would take 1 hour to get to my car, 1 hour and 20 minutes pass & a man comes looks under my car & says it’s no way he can do my alignment because it’s too low. Wasted almost 2 hours of my life for him to tell me that smh. Bad customer service, just say you can’t do it ! Don’t waste people’s time.
