I stopped by to see if a screw off my license plate can be removed. I was informed by one of the workers that he would get someone else. The gentleman that came didn’t mention I needed to go to the front desk and create a ticket he just immediately started trying to remove the screw. Well the screw broke off while in the process. He then advised me to now go create a ticket and I’ll have to go thru the process of paying bc now they have to go in and take a deeper look. He informed me that it may not be fix able and now I have to leave my car for them to look at it and give an estimate. The guy at the desk was snappy bc he stayed that’s why we have the front desk. Like I informed I spoke to someone and they referred me to someone else. That’s not my job to make sure protocol is done that’s there. The gentleman informed me after he broke the screw that he is now liable for the damage. I was not about to leave my car there for a mistake that was there’s. Worst service ever and on top of it I would now have to wait to be helped.

From the very beginning, she made the entire process feel easy, smooth, and completely stress-free, which meant so much to me as a college student away from home dealing with car issues on my own. She kept both me and my parents updated over the phone the entire time, which made everything feel so much more organized and reassuring. It honestly made a huge difference knowing she was actively keeping everyone in the loop. At no point did I feel confused or stressed about what was happening with my car because she always made sure I knew exactly what was going on and what the next steps were. That level of care, attention, and effort is something you don’t come across often. The experience at the Christian Brothers Automotive Grand Prairie location was smooth, efficient, and genuinely so comforting. Molly truly went above and beyond and turned a stressful situation into something completely manageable. I’m beyond grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and caring service—you’ll be in great hands!

Work performed was completed accurately. Great professional communication. Up to date status on my car during maintenance. My Car runs much better. Very satisfied with my service. Let me not forget the awesome warranty. 5 stars for sure.

Came here to get a wheel alignment (and other jobs) after new tires and James was very helpful and customer service oriented. From the initial phone call to completed service, he was a pure professional! I’m thankful for the cleaning of my headlights as it’s made a major difference in driving at night. I look forward to coming here for future services!

I had a 7am appointment today but I drove to the wrong location and I found myself at this branch. The guy idk if he's the manager or something but he was wearing glasses and a white shirt he was so lovely and professional and directed me to the right location in sublett. In the meantime he offered me a cup of coffee and a protein bar, that really touched my heart. Thanks for being so kind. I didn't catch his name but the customer service was excellent!
