This was my first time at Brakes Plus, and it was truly a great experience. I came in for a state inspection, and although someone was ahead of me, the hour wait was completely reasonable for a Saturday morning. I let Jay and Tyler know I needed to run an errand and would be back shortly. I returned in about 45 minutes, Jay checked me in right away, and I waited less than 15 minutes before my service was complete. Jay and Tyler were professional, welcoming, and efficient. The environment was clean, comfortable, and inviting. I will definitely be returning.

Came in for a brake issue and the manager was honestly amazing. Super friendly, patient, and really took his time making sure everything was done right. He went above and beyond to help me out and never made me feel rushed or ignored. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. It’s hard to find people this honest and helpful nowadays. Really appreciate the service great guy and great experience overall. Highly recommend this place.

Everytime I come here I get nothing but great customer service and support. They never make me feel bad or stupid when I ask questions have have the best prices and always look out for their customers. Tyler took care of my car furing the ice storm and I can’t thank him and his team enough. I went to over 7 different places for a oil change (before and during the storm) and they were either rude or unable to assist me. Brakes Plus truly bless me.
