My Family and I were passing through Glenn Heights when my Tahoe blue and spark plug. Luckily I was able to get it towed to Discount Auto Care. Mr. Mustafa and his mechanics, Edgar and Braulio were able to explain what was going on and how to fix it. Since we were on vacation we rented a vehicle and continued our journey. I left my vehicle there for a week and when I returned it was fixed and ready for our journey home. Thank you!!

These guys do great work, I wish they were a little neater, they have moved to a new building next DART park and ride in Glenn Heights, Good luck guys you're Good with me. Mustafa is a wonderful mechanic l, very hard working, family business, I trust him with my vehicles.

This shop and owner is the most crooked I've ever dealt with. He suppose to have only did a tune up on my nephew's car on this past Thursday and the very next day his radiator busted when he never had a problem with it before. Also on top of that he saw that he was young so he ripped him off by charging 350 dollars for a tune up. When he took it back to him on Saturday morning he said he would fix everything no charge, then he calls him this morning saying he has to pay another 200 dollars. I told him HELL NO don't pay him another dime because I had a feeling he busted your radiator on purpose and just pick it up and take it to a trust worthy dealer. My thoughts were confirmed by a professional and legal mechanic that said the radiator doesn't bust like that and he could see where it was hit with something and a whole piece was knocked off. Also he over charged and cheated him on what he didn't really do correctly. He also stated if your not a mechanic you wouldn't know what he did. Beware and stay away from this place, they are crooked and will rob you blind. Got my nephew for 350 dollars and if I hadn't of stepped in he would have gotten him for another 200 or more. THIS PLACE AND OWNER IS NOT HONEST AND WILL ROB YOU BLIND. Mind you my nephew is a hard working college kid with a baby on the way and didn't deserve to be cheated out of his money. HARD LESSON TO LEARN, DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Mohammed (the owners son) has been working with my family for almost two years now. Not only did he help with repairs to my vehicle, but he also blessed our family with another vehicle as well. This review is NOT spam for who those think it's fake. I leave honest reviews all the time and I appreciate the help they have given us.

Took my car to get fixed 5 August 2019. The owner said I needed Heater core then said thermostat housing cause car would not stop running hot Picked up my car left and still running hot. Took car back he said I needed a motor. The following week I returned and calmly spoke to the manager and resolved the issue with a compromising result. Sometimes people get overwhelmed as a human being. Just because someone does something wrong doesn't mean we should follow suit. Customer relations deals with speaking in a calm manner. Sometimes a complain can help businesses improve. Patients is everything. Businesses need customers and the communities need businesses for convenience instead going outside our neighborhoods I love to support businesses in my community.
