I had a great experience with this transmission shop. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my truck, clearly explained what was wrong, and were honest about what repairs were needed. Even though the work I needed wasn’t something they handled, they pointed me in the right direction and referred me to someone who could help. Russell was extremely friendly, professional, and respectful. It’s hard to find businesses that are this honest and genuinely focused on helping customers instead of just making a sale. I really appreciate their knowledge, transparency, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing transmission diagnostics or advice.

This shop is amazing! They were able to rebuild my Jaguar FPace 2019 transmission. The Jaguar dealership was trying to con me into paying almost $20,000 for them to do it. I let Russell know what was going on and he quoted me a reasonable price. He dealt with the warranty company directly and was able to get me back on the road. Much appreciated guys! I would recommend for any transmission issues!

Absolutely amazing experience! Russell and the whole team were awesome from start to finish. My car had some serious transmission issue, and Russell took the time to walk me through everything so I’d understand exactly what was going on. He was super friendly, honest, and professional the entire way. The repair was done fast, my car runs like new again, and the price was very fair for the work performed! It’s hard to find people who truly care about their customers, but Russell definitely does! I’ll be recommending this shop to everyone I know. Russel with The Transmission Shop went above and beyond to help us with our damaged transmission. Another auto mechanic had quoted us an extremely high price for a factory replacement, but after speaking with Russel regarding our issue, we felt confident that we had found the best transmission shop in DFW. His crew was able to completely rebuilt our Mazda transmission which saved us almost half and he include a 3 year warranty. Great experience and we would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Well, I will say this very prestige. Excellent. Super work. My car is running like New. I really appreciate you very knowledgeable. Very clean organize. The only thing is extremely poor and sad. Zero lack of communication. I had to call multiple times. It was like pulling out Teeth with an old old players. Need to work on our communication Skills. Zero updates. I had to literally call every day just to know something.
