Absolute garbage service. Called the nearest shop when my guys were stranded on the freeway, only about 5 minutes away. Told the guy exactly what tire I needed—he said he had it. I offered extra money for him to go to them and even sent a drop pin. He kept saying, “I’m on my way,” but after 20+ minutes, nothing. I even offered double the price just to get it done. Complete lies and a total waste of time. Zero professionalism. Don’t say yes if you have no intention of showing up. If you can’t do the job, say no. Will never do business with this shop again.

I came on 1/29/2025 heavy rainy day with 2 nails on rear tire. He was nice and hardworking man. $50 to replace tire. Price is reasonable but late open hours is more important for drivers working late.

When I first came customer service was good, price was affordable and process was quick. 4 days later I had a blow out on the same tire. No holes or anything was found in the tire as they sold me a faulty one. I came back trying to see could they replace it and had a hard time. Guys were talking about me in Spanish and didn’t acknowledge I was there. Kept telling me come back for the owner. I offered to pay for it now and come back for reimbursements and they ignored me. I felt because I wasn’t Hispanic/mexican I was overlooked. Definitely unpleasant visit this second time. Money wasted and still without a tire
