The owner of the shop was incredibly respectful, kind, and instantly answered the phone. He gave me great information and insight on the issues of my vehicle and the next steps. After waiting for 3+ hours at a Kwik Kar where they said they would be able to look at my car immediately, I called Alpha Auto Shop. He told me he would be able to look at my car with no wait time. As soon as I got out of my car, he came outside and introduced himself and got my car looked at for an electrical diagnostics. Kwik Kar was going to charge me $155 per hour. He charged me $65 and he gave me options on what would be the best way to repair my vehicle. I will be coming back for all my Auto needs. I love avdull so much. The best mechanic in the whole wide vworld. He dedicated, reliable, patience, understanding, caring, knows his cars and respect. My crazy car has been giving me problems for years until he came along and fixed my situation with it. He's great with his hands and definitely knows his way around the cars. My car feels and sounds brand new. Please go to him... He's God heaven sent from above if you want your car to be looking and feeling new when you drive it again. He's my new favorite person.
