I had a terrible experience with a previous mechanic. I left my car with them, and they promptly informed me after he conducted a test drive about the issue and other mistakes made by the other mechanics. He promptly fixed them, and then, once the car was fixed, he proceeded to take me for a test drive to ensure that the fix was done. I highly recommend Ramses and his team. They also speak Spanish, so I definitely plan to return for their professional service and excellent customer service.

I took my wives fiat 500 sport for issues it had, including suspension, check engine light, as well as body part replacements, although at first I was hesitant to get everything done at once I tried my luck at this shop. Quotes for this car ran from $5500 to $4500 I was surprised at how much Ramses and his team were able to work with me… they ordered the parts and cost was a fraction of the price other shops quoted me , originally I was quoted $2900 but he was able to get everything done for under $2500 , at this price point and the current car market , I decided to pull the trigger and get all the work done at once. although it took 3 weeks to get the parts ( import car) I was very pleased at how fast it was assembled and how smooth it ran afterwards. When it was time to pick up, I was also given a 2 year warranty on all labor performed … although I had originally brought it in for other issues they were able to do a 360 on the car after close inspection on the car, flushed coolant, replaced brakes , rotors , arms, both radiator and ac fan… I am beyond thankful, and definitely recommend this shop.
