These guys give small town care repair vibes without the big city price. Great lobby/amenities while you wait, they checked in with me every step of the way so I wasn't in the dark about my car repair. Quoted me an accurate price to get me on the road and also pointed out things that need to be fixed at some point. They didn't make me feel pressured to get the little things done but instead treated me like I was in charge of my repairs. Great place to deal with and I'd recommend to anyone. Got brakes and a total brake line flush done for right around $500

From the moment I entered Quick Lane & RAD rides of Garland, I felt comfortable. That says a lot for any business that falls in the automobile repair category. I’ll share a little bit why. The staff was courteous and inviting from the moment I arrived, They explained what was needed as part of my regular service and which things they without asking. The manager Sheldon Mabry was approachable, easygoing and very hands on, personally assuring I was comfortable during my time there. Experiencing the collections of wheels and tires available along with a quick tutorial of which would work best for my vehicle was not lost on me. I appreciated leaving with a healthy vehicle and learning so much. Xoxo Lorenzo!

Sheldon and the team at Quick Lane were great and polite. I was able to walk in without an appointment and get service for my vehicle in no time. 3/10/26: I brought my vehicle for an oil change and regular service. This was the first time here. The time was reasonable, they started working on my vehicle right away, but after it was done it took them a while to finish the paperwork. However, I’m knocking a couple of stars because they do the same crap other dealers do, they tried to sneak oil conditioner in my service even through the Ford manual says not to add anything. Luckily I asked and told them not to. However after I agreed to have my cabin air filter replaced, they snuck a $26.50 charge for Frigi-Fresh! $10 for labor and $15 for the part! I can get an entire can of the stuff for that much! I’ll have to reconsider bringing my vehicle here in the future.

Bad customer service. I stood there for 13 minutes. 2 associates looked at me, eyed me and then ignored me. One chubby white guy looked at me and dropped paper work. Then the second white gentleman looked at me, ignored me and started working on his computer. I hate throwing race out there. But all I can say is why? Why ignore a customer wanting to be helped? Bad customer service.

After issues with another Ford Dealership, I wanted to see if this dealership was different, and it was. I easily made an online appointment and had a confirmation email and call to verify my needs. I arrived at the dealership service center and was redirected to go across the street while escorted by staff who made sure I knew exactly where to go. I arrived and checked in immediately. They took my car in, and the service manager was highly engaged and informative. I told them I smelled a hot scent on my way there that did not smell like radiator fluid but close to that scent. The service attendant brought me to the garage to show me the discolor and need for a supercharger fluid change. They treated me with respect, and we had a humorous exchange that created a level of comfort with their knowledge and that I'd be taken care of with their coordination to the dealership service for 3 identified issues. I cannot recommend this oil change service enough for their care and attention to every detail. Follow-up, went for a scheduled oil change and had everything checked out for the winter, including tire rotation and fluid levels. Never a disappointment.
