Got the tire I needed ordered delivered same day and put on after it blew out the night before. Super quick and easy, they are life savers! They explained the different tire costs and for service and any questions I had, I do recommend asking in person though because it was $20 more than they said on the phone (for convenience, no sweat). As for the environment, it was clean and maintained, bathrooms were clean as well and they had 2 separate seating areas, one with a coffee machine and tvs. I brought two kiddos with me and it didn’t take long at all, though I did only get 1 tire. Would definitely recommend to others!

Scheduled a noon appt for today the days ago. Arrived at 11:55am in which the associate began to explain to me at first that they would not be able to perform a transmission flush on my vehicle. He checked with mechanic and the mechanic agreed to proceed. I waited an hour and they hadn't even pulled my vehicle into the shop. What's the point of scheduling an appointment? Won't be back.

Avoid at all cost! Although there was one other customer there, service was slow, I was charged for things I did not agree to, some sort of random $91 warranty, and I had to ask for information for everything. I'm used to better service from Pep Boys. In fact, maybe it's the poor service at this location that they had only one other customer on a Sunday. The only reason I did not go to my normal Pep Boys is the check engine light was on and it was further away. They kept my car for 3 weeks, I paid for every repair they recommended, $2,000 spent and a month or two later, Same check engine light and leak again. Took it to a DIFFERENT PepBoys, they fixed it at no charge, and no problems since!
