Do not use NPA Auto Repair in Garland, TX. Father-son owners, they are unethical and deceptive. They do not stand behind their work and warranty. When confronted with facts about their misrepresentation, they try to twist the facts and don’t honor contract agreements. The facts are a used engine was purchased and had a supposed 90 day warranty, which we have in writing. The same day it was picked up, it was leaking oil. Then, a belt just slipped off the engine. When they determined it was an engine seal, they said that despite acknowledging the seal was part of the engine, repair of it was not covered and would be charged fully for parts and labor. They would not return the car without additional payment! We have reported this business to the BBB and all social media services to try and alert others about this deceptive father-son team. RUN, don’t walk away from this business. Buyers beware- you have been warned!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Brought my car in for a used engine with a 30 day warranty. Brought it in after I noticed leaking oil- they refused to honor the warranty and made me pay for the repairs. Also said that if the engine needed to be replaced again I’d need to pay another 3-4k. I’m begging you and warning you, please go elsewhere! Very deceitful and unethical business.
