It’s crazy, I wasted my time pulling in the parking lot. I saw they had a sign advertising $24.95 synthetic blend oil change. When I walked in and asked about how much, before asking me anything about my car the guy tells me it starts at $89.99 plus tax 5 quarts only. LOL dang, I think they should take that sign down then. Left a photo for context. Then I went across the street to Take 5 and got serviced there.

I went and to get my breaks checked and repaired. I was told that I needed break pads so I got them install. I'm not sure if the young man who did my brakes. Was that experience now? My ABS light will not go off. My break light is still on. I have been in 3 of 4 times trying to get this matter resolved. I do believe that they damage my ABS system. And it's not working. I'm not pleased with that. I'm driving out here without anti lock breaks and I should have them on my car. I keep getting the run around the run around. I will never recommend you all. I will not come back there again to get my repairs. I need my car fixed properly. Someone needs to get in touch me. I trusted y'all customer service was good, but the car repairs sucked.

Very honest and trustworthy. Great customer service from Chris, communicated with me every step of the way. Came in to change my BMW brake pads due to my check engine light coming on for that reason. Mechanic showed me my brakes and it turns out, when I changed it last time, the sensor wasn’t reset. Told me no reason to replace at the moment. I’m a female with years of mechanics taking advantage of me - I wish I was exaggerating!!! This is my new go to for any type of service they offer with Chris!

While the employees were nice and professional, I was strongly coerced to get brake pads replaced at a price that was double the cost at a dealership! They were trying to take advantage of a single woman who is older and doesn’t know much about cars. Do your research before you trust this place! There is a reason they don’t have much business. I recommend Triple A down the street. They are honest !!

0 STARS This was one of the worst and most uncomfortable customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We showed up about 20–25 minutes before closing for a simple oil change. The OPEN sign was clearly lit, and this shop advertises being one of the fastest oil change places around. So there was no reason we shouldn’t have been helped. Two older white men were working. The first guy walked out and asked what we needed. I said, “Just an oil change.” He immediately caught an attitude, shook his head like we were bothering him, and walked off. I then went inside and spoke to the man at the register. Same energy. Same attitude. He said they were closing soon and “didn’t have any mechanics.” If your business is open and you don’t even have mechanics on the clock, that says a lot about how poorly the place is run. When I told him that sounds like bad business, I calmly turned around to leave. No arguing. No threats. No raised voice. Then out of nowhere, he says he’s going to call the police. For what? We literally did nothing except ask for an oil change and walk out. That was the most disturbing part. Being threatened with the police for simply coming in as paying customers felt completely unnecessary and aggressive. It honestly felt like profiling and discrimination. Two Black customers walk in for basic service and instead of professionalism, we get attitude, profiling, racist energy & refusal, and police threats. That’s not normal customer service — that’s hostile. If this is how they treat people before closing time, imagine how they treat customers regularly. I will never return and I strongly recommend others take their business somewhere that treats people with basic respect.
