If I arrived before business hours, it would have been completely reasonable for you to ask me to wait until opening time instead of requesting to keep my car for the entire day for a simple brake pad issue. I also never authorized extra work or charges beyond what I requested. My comments and the reviews below show that other customers have raised similar concerns about service and attitude. Future customers can read all reviews and decide for themselves whether the problem lies with staff or customers. Additionally, since your reply accuses me of being “aggressive,” please explain exactly in what terms or actions you believe I was aggressive. Without specifics, your claim appears unfounded. I stand by my original review and hope this feedback encourages better communication and respect toward customers in the future.

I have never used a mechanic before and both of my 2003 Nissan Xterra are showing WEAR and TEAR. I 🙏 prayed for a honest mechanic and God send me to these guys. I have send my clients to them and they were satisfied. If you're looking for a first and or second opinion, PLEASE come see these guys. You won't be disappointed.
