Our company takes all of our vehicles exclusively to Hanna’s. We found them to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, and above all no nonsense tell you what needs to be done, what could be done, and what will more than likely need to be done in the future as components wear / breakdown. They’ve gone above and beyond for us a number of times I can’t recommend this company enough.

I would not recommend that you take your vehicle to this place if you want it back in a timely manner. I took my car to them the first time and they kept it three weeks and I had to ask for them to give it back to me and they did not fix the problem. The second time it was taken back they kept it another three weeks and still as soon as I drove it off the lot I seen it was still having the same problems, the mechanic did not know what he was doing because according to him, the car needed a lot of parts to repair it, but when he changed out the part the first time that were supposedly needed, he said oh yes, this will fix it and of course it didn’t. I guess it could be a good place to take to your vehicle to if you want minor things done like your oil changes, tire rotation, but as far as being a real mechanic to be able to locate the problem on the vehicle, no way I paid them all this money and my car is still doing the same thing and for the receptionist That told my friend who recommended this place to me that they told me it needed a lot of work that’s a lie. I was never told that so apparently they can’t be trusted either on the things that they say, but that’s what happens when you have a family business everyone covers for one another and doesn’t take responsibility for the things that they did not do but yet charged me for nothing being done properly.So good luck if you take your car there cause you won’t see it for about a month and it might not be fixed properly.

This Family owned business was a suggestion from a trusted friend. I was super impressed by their professionalism and the fact they knew their Hondas. Had my breaks and rotors replaced and they managed to get it done in an extremely timely fashion. He had also brought my attention to needing an oil change which I had added to getting done last minute. Maurice who took care of me was super friendly and genuine. I’ll definitely be coming here again if anything else needs to be done.

Absolutely the most amazing experience ever! If we didn’t have to move, I would never go to another shop. When my husband was out of town, our diesel truck broke down. We were able to get it towed to them, and had it back within a few days. The amount of issues our truck had was crazy, not only did they identify the problem and fix all the parts. But they genuinely cared about finding the root of the issues. Our AC basically blew up and broke a bunch of parts, they took their time and care into making sure there was no chunks of the broken parts anywhere, and fixed all broke parts. Then they checked EVERYTHING, and after hours of searching they found what was causing the issue and took them time to identify why it wasn’t working properly. Super honest and kind people, thank you so much. We honestly didn’t expect the truck to be done so quick, knowing how much work it needed, and we were planning to move a few days after it went in the shop. They were quick, efficient and communicated with us every step of the way. Thank you for making us feel safe, especially because we tow our RV across the country multiple times a year , it’s hard to find a shop we can trust to genuinely care about timeline, quality and safety. If we’re ever in the area, we will not go anywhere else with any of our vehicles!!! Also amazing prices for amazing quality of work and care !!!!!
