Zero stars. My friend recently bought a tire here for her Ford Fusion. While doing a mechanical check, I had to remove the right tire, which was the tire that had been replaced. One of the lug nuts was so loose I could remove it with my fingers. All the other lug nuts were extremely over tightened to the point that I needed a large leverage bar to remove them. That is not acceptable. If this had happened during a roadside emergency, my friend would have been in serious trouble trying to deal with it by herself. On top of that, the vehicle needed new lug nuts, and no one recommended replacing them. That should have been caught and communicated. This is a basic safety issue. Lug nuts should be properly torqued, not left loose or over tightened. I would not trust this location with tire work again.

I bought a new set of tires from his shop, and he told me I also needed 24 new lug nuts at $2 apiece (which was a rip-off). I accepted it since the original ones had damaged caps, and I had no choice at that time. A few days later, I tried to remove the wheels for a brake job, but the lug wrench that came with the vehicle was not compatible with the new lug nuts. They had installed 19mm lug nuts with the wrong base instead of the correct 21mm ones. After a quick online search, I realized he had sold me a completely incorrect set—not only the wrong size but also the wrong seat type, which affects how the lug nuts contact the wheels. This is a serious safety hazard. Since they didn’t have the correct set in stock, I purchased the right ones elsewhere and returned to the shop to request a refund for the incorrect set. The owner blatantly refused, claiming the lug nuts are now "used"—even though he had sold me the incorrect parts and it had only been less than a week. The owner is willing to rip customers off, refuse refunds, and compromise their safety—all over $48! I strongly recommend avoiding this place. There are plenty of other tire shops around that operate with honesty, professionalism, and a genuine concern for customer safety.

Recently he went above and beyond…I accidentally ordered wheels with the wrong offset that didn’t fit which was completely my fault. Basem was very kind and took them back and ordered ones with the correct offset. He will also track down whatever tires and wheels you need for a great price!
