When that ugly orange light with the clipart engine showed up, I did what an experienced driver does... I stopped driving and got a code read to identify the vehicle failure that created a fault code condition. I've never been to any Driver's Edge before, so this was my initial observation and opinion. Travis, the service writer on duty when I arrived, promptly pulled my code for me and gave me some diagnostic direction to consider. Nothing was pushed on me and there was no effort to make a harmless condition seem more spooky to capitalize on the consumer's fear. He was honest, which I was measuring. Now I know I can trust this place to look at my vehicles in greater confidence. The shop is clean and well-appointed for vehicle care. Tires and batteries are available on hand as well. It would appear to me the Firewheel area has a new vendor worthy of your consideration for inspections, repairs, and diagnostics. Good job guys!

View on GoogleI came here to have my tire repaired “twice” their work failed twice. I asked Travis the manager to please check that it was good because I’m going out of town, now I’m stranded again. Travis & Alex not only didn’t make this right, but told me that they can only refund me 24dollars. They can keep the 24 dollars, it’s not about the money, it’s about the principle. Travis will look at you in your eyes and return your tire worse than how you brought it in.
