WOW!! what a blessing for sure when I first stepped into DFW Discount Tire shop!! Many years ago. About 15 I want to say. Being a single mother back then, it was hard to find a honest mechanic that would help me get the best service and price and not create another issue to bring me back for additional services. Which this has actually happened to me a few times in my life. When I bring my car in for some strange noise or what I think it needs to be worked on, I am given honest information as to what is really needed work on at the time and we can wait until later to get other items fixed. I always am greeted with such a positive attitude and sincere service. I absolutely love coming here. I have tried other car services from time to time due to locations that I was currently in and needed my car looked at and honestly I never have felt that I received good customer service or my car was taken care of as needed. All the mechanics here are very friendly and treat you with respect and care. I have given several of my friends recommendations to get their car serviced here as well. They all agree with the service and special care DFW discount tires offers!! The best thing as well are their prices!! So if you want honest low price and sincere customer service please come in . Excellent service and great customer care. I came in with a damaged tire and they helped me right away. The staff was very friendly, honest, and professional throughout the whole process. Their prices are fair and the work was done perfectly.

View on GoogleHuge shoutout to Ahmed! I was stuck at the Shell gas station across the street with a flat this morning and had no idea what to do. Ahmed came right over from the shop, helped me get my spare on so I could get moving again, and then helped me find a great and affordable used tire once I got there. He even topped off my power steering fluid for free! Super kind, quick, and professional — definitely went above and beyond. I’m so grateful for the help today! Highly recommend!
