Consistent tire shop. Have used this place for several years. Have had many flats repaired. They do plugs and can even do some sidewall repairs with the metal repair. They do sell tires but I have never bought them. Had a plug this week. Took about 8 minutes. No waiting room or anything like that but generally not a long wait.
View on GoogleReally solid place. From what I can tell it's a one-man show with the owner's name being Castillo. Real cool dude. Straight shooter. Really decent prices and even quicker work. Luckily nobody was there when I arrived with that said he had me in and out not even 20 minutes. Will use his services again. Would recommend
View on Google⭐ 1 Star One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. My brother, who has been a customer here for a long time, recommended this shop and sent me there because he said they were honest and usually charged $10 per tire repair. As soon as I mentioned that my brother sent me, I was met with a rude attitude and was told to "keep it short" when explaining the problem with my vehicle. After repairing two tires, I was charged $30. When I politely mentioned that my brother usually pays $20 for two tire repairs and is a regular customer, the employee responded with, "Your brother is not the boss." The extra $10 isn't the issue. The issue is the disrespectful attitude, poor communication, and lack of appreciation for customers. There are plenty of tire shops that know how to treat people with basic respect. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest and professional customer service.
