DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I came today 02/05/2026 at 6:12pm I was in dire need of a tire fix. They would not help me at all. They said their compressor was already deflating. I asked if they could turn it back on. I begged them for help and they saw my tire had zero air. He even said omg u had zero air at 2lbs of pressure. I asked if you take card I don't have cash. He said I have to open the bay doors and turn on the compressor alll that for $10 worth of work. The audacity of this man/manager!! He said my coworker has a compressor in his car. They used a battery operated drill to take lug nuts off. Walked with thr jack and a portable compressor. All of that begging and pleading to tell me they could not fix this! They could have been done by 6:30pm. I left the lot at 6:20pm after 7 mins of pleading. They could of just helped. Then this black guy that been hanging out with a beer comes out. Say dude this been their policy since like October. Bro no one asked YOU!!!!! Please don't waste your money in this lazy place who wants to go hang with the homies!

Came to this place because I need quick work on my wheels. The guys there were not careful when working on customer wheels. They left scratches on my wheels after the job, I saw it when I got home and inspect my wheels. Kinda disappointed. Their labour price was not expensive, but it was not cheap either. Owner should let them know about being careful when working on wheels.

DDO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I went in to purchase new tires for my BMW and was told that my existing tires were not run-flat (RFT). The staff recommended a different set, saying they were comparable to Bridgestone but less expensive due to the brand name. After getting home, I researched my vehicle’s original tires and confirmed that they were in fact run-flat tires. Concerned for my safety, I returned to the store to request a return. Unfortunately, the manager denied ever telling me that my original tires were not RFT and refused to issue a refund. As a result, I lost $400 replacing tires I did not feel safe using and had to remove immediately. This experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for honest, trustworthy service.

Very unprofessional told me he was gonna be $65 ended up saying it was $265. I called the cops because I’m not gonna pay that he ended up saying never mind and take it off as I’m driving away my wheel comes off then I called the cops again he said he’s gonna fix it but he’s not gonna pay for the tow truck so I’m taking this to court wouldn’t go here worst place in Garland if you need a better tire shop go to a&j tire shop on walnut

If I could give negative stars I would. Stopped by this place for an oil change because why not support a local business I thought 🤦🏽‍♀️ they did not replace my oil pan cover correctly so it came loose while I was driving on the highway! Oil pan cover obviously was dragging against the pavement and got scrapped up and bent from dragging along the pavement until I got home. I went back for them in hope they would do the right thing and admit their mistake and address the issue, sadly instead they tried to say it looked like I had hit something and best they could figure out was to zip tie the oil pan cover. So, blame me and avoid taking any real responsibility. I’m attaching photos below I took right before i went to have them address the issue, where you can see the oil pan cover damaged from the pavement and NO damage to the surrounding black guard so obviously no I didn’t hit anything, lazy bums couldn’t bother to put an oil pan cover back on correctly and then just tried to avoid taking responsibility. Luckily, I can afford another oil pan cover and will be replacing it soon but for those that have to watch their dollars more closely DO NOT go here.
