I came here yesterday for a simple tire patch due to a nail — a quick and routine job. But when I got my car back, I was shocked to find that my rim had been clearly damaged during the service. This kind of careless work is completely unacceptable. There was absolutely no damage on my rim before I came in — I have photos to prove it. Instead of fixing a small issue, they created a much bigger one. I expected basic professionalism and respect for my vehicle, but that’s clearly not what I got. Very disappointed and frustrated. I strongly urge management to take accountability for this.

I have been going here for years and never had a problem until now and won’t be back . I took my car in there for a low tire , 2 of them . They took both tires off and told me they were losing air because the wheels were bent and had to be repaired at 120.00 each then told me one of the tires were bad on the inside and I needed a new one. After checking tire prices and all , I went and got a different tire shop to look at them and they told me that the wheels are not causing the air to come out , it’s a nail ! C and M didn’t even mention a nail . They also told me my wheels are fine , a little dent but don’t need replacing and also that the tire didn’t need to be replaced ! My hunch saved me around 400 bucks .
