What can I say, it wasn’t a great experience as a woman. My rim needed replacement due to a dent causing air to slowly leak out. I pulled up and ask a team memeber how much a used tire was, it was about $50. So, pulled around to a new spot to get my tire and rim replaced. I let the staff know my rim size was a size 17. They hustled around looking for one, but returned to me saying, the closest they had on-site was a 16 or 16.5. This wasn’t going to work because a different size would wear and tear the tire much faster. Next they attempted to sell me a new time and rim. Again, I let them known that wasn’t going to work. A new tire would wear down quickly since the other three tires were already used. It would have been a waste of money. Somehow after another few minutes they magically found a 17 rim. By this time I was desperate to have this completed. Nervous about not having the donut as my wheel with the weather switching from hot to thunderstorms in short spans along with me need to be at work in a few hours. So, I panicky agreed. Yes it was a stupid choice on my end. I did feel obliged to say yes in two ways. First, I didn’t want to leave without feeling I had the situation accomplished. Secondly, my temporary wheel was taken off the seconds after i step out of my car and before they knew they didn’t have the correct size rim. Despite my little knowledge, the entire time I was there, I personally felt the pressure of the staff wanting to get a transaction out of me. I believe their intentions weren’t to do what is morally right. I believe and feel they were looking out for what was best for their pockets. Also, believe they would have put anything on my car if I didn’t questioned or have the little knowledge I know about how rim size affects the tire tread or how a new tire with three old ones would be costly yet have the same outcome as a different rim size. By the end I paid about $160-$180 for a used tire and used rim. So, if the used tire was about $50 like the man said then the used rim was about $100. I know now used rims can be way cheaper than that. Hope this helps

Be careful with this place, if you have the opportunity to go, miss it, it's the worst place I've ever known, I went to do alignment and balancing of my tires, they made me wait in the room "while they did their work" 5 minutes later the manager arrives saying that they can't do anything that simply happens the next day, but he tells me that I have to pay 60 dollars because they lowered the tires of the car which is a scam since if they weren't going to do their job they didn't have to remove them, they only to charge me the 60 and they literally didn't do anything it's one of the worst places I've ever known and not to mention their staff, avoid headaches with this kind of places better find another...

I have gone here for many years with no problems. This last time they fixed a flat and kept my lug nut lock and continue to lie about not having it when they had to have it to fix my flat. Untrustworthy and dishonest!!

Bought 4 brand new tires, they did not balance them, even though I was charged for balancing and all my valve stem caps are gone. Had to go to Discount Tire the next day and have all my tires balanced and pay more out of my pocket.

This manager Jose put two catalytic converter on my truck that wasn't any good charged me 1,000 refused to give me a receipt I had to call Garland TX police on this guy police said this was a civil case and i would have to take him to court. Please make sure you receive your receipt if you decide to do business with this guy he is a crocket man. I'll be sewing him and taking him to civil court and contact the BB on him.
