Alonso and Ramiro have repaired my fathers truck, my brothers Challenger and recently my truck. Have been going to them for over 6 years and never had one problem with their work. Boris and Sol are very patient, very detailed in the explanation process from start to finish. This shop really provided my family and I with peace of mind that our vehicles are getting the best most professional care, unlike other shops and those mobile mechanics. They walk you through each step along the way and do not hesitate to answer any questions. Definitely will recommend this Shop. You will not be disappointed!
View on GoogleThis is the first time going to this place. I chose it because of the reviews. And I’m so glad I did. Blackline is not your typical auto place. From the first moment of walking through the door to leaving my keys they were very professional and very helpful. I knew my car was in good hands. They diagnose the problem and fixed it and gave me a call when they completed the repair. The biggest shock is that it was all done the same day. Even on a SATURDAY!! Not what I would’ve expected from a typical auto care facility. They sent me videos of what they found and a video of the repair. I definitely don’t get that good of service even from my Cadillac dealer! I will definitely be bringing my business back to them and recommending them to anybody I know!!!
