Thank goodness for Christian — he saved Washguys from a 1-star review and a complaint! Christian was the one who actually cleaned my car, and he clearly knows exactly what each package includes. He was honest, hardworking, and took the initiative to fix my concerns without hesitation. I truly appreciate that. Christian gets 5 stars from me. Unfortunately, my experience started poorly at the pay booth. I explained my needs very clearly to the first attendant, who assured me that the upsell he suggested included everything I wanted for my Q5. My gut told me he was more interested in making a sale than actually listening. After paying, the attendant said:, “You can just talk to my manager if you’re not happy.” 🤦🏽♀️ After the wash, I did a walkthrough and noticed my main concerns were not addressed. I explained to Christian what I had expressed to the initial attendant & had been reassured of. Christian explained exactly what was and wasn’t in the package — which made me wonder, why did the initial attendant suggest an upsell package that didn’t even meet my needs? Why not just be upfront from the start and tell me I’d need to add extra services? When I voiced my frustration, Christian immediately said he would take care of it. He went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling that I received my monies worth, based on my original request. Final rating: 4 stars for the business— only because the pay booth staff clearly need more training to ensure customers get the right package for their needs. Huge thank you to Christian for turning my experience around!
