Chadd has helped me for years, and this most recent visit Chase took great care of me. I needed new brake pads and rotors on both the front and rear, plus a brake flush. Authority Automotive completed everything for $880. Before coming here, I was quoted over $1,500 at another shop (I just was there to get a quick inspection) and was told I needed several additional repairs. Authority Automotive inspected my vehicle and honestly told me those extra services weren’t necessary. Finding a mechanic you can truly trust is rare, and that’s exactly what you’ll find here. Chad and the team at Authority Automotive in Frisco were fantastic! Even though they were short two technicians, Chad promptly addressed the issue and kept me updated throughout.
