I visited this location for the first time for oil change. Staff very friendly. They recommended additional services but were not pushy. Waiting room was very clean and organized. They provided free coffee and drinks while waiting. Overall, it was great experience that I took my second car for services. I will be taking my cars there again.

I went in for an alignment service on Saturday 5/2 @ 8am, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly and easy to talk to, and the service itself was top-notch. The technician who worked on my vehicle was incredibly meticulous. He took his time, made adjustments carefully, and even went on a test drive after each adjustment - three times. That level of attention to detail really stood out to me. Most places make one adjustment and call it good, but not here. You rarely see this kind of care and professionalism anymore. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Well done!

This auto repair shop honestly made me feel sick. I have a 2024 Escalade, and I originally went in just to replace the serpentine belt. I had checked beforehand, and the typical cost should be around $200, but they charged me over $380. On top of that, they told me my water pump was bad and needed replacement, quoting me more than $2,000. I refused right away because it didn’t feel right. So I went to another shop. They told me my water pump was fine, and even if it really needed replacement, the total cost would only be around $1,200. I’ve also driven the car for about an hour, and the temperature stayed steady around 200°F the whole time. At this point, I can’t fully trust either shop. I’ve decided to take a middle-ground approach — maybe the water pump has a minor issue, but nothing urgent. I’ll just keep an eye on the car’s performance for now. In the end, this shop feels like the kind of place that will do anything for profit, treating customers like lambs to the slaughter. Their shamelessness and dishonesty are deeply disappointing. That said, if the shop were to shut down, it might also affect some honest mechanics working there, which is unfortunate. So I’ll just say this: may God bless you. Your actions and dishonesty have already been seen by others. If anyone still chooses to bring their car to this shop, I have nothing to say — perhaps you have plenty of time and money to spare, or perhaps your judgment will be affected by their service. Sun Auto was a great experience from start to finish. I ended up getting 2 new tires, an oil change and inspection. Was in and out in a little less and an hour. They did a great job as well! Will use them in the future!
