Overall a 5 star experience. Walked in just asking for help to check my car, I know nothing of mechanical issues laying that out straight and wanting to leave knowing my car is all good and safe to drive. We looked under the hood, possibly lining out the issues, then took it back to get looked at. Mechanic showed me what all was diagnosis and to be fixed, pictures as well as an estimate shown on the iPad. Taking the time to thoroughly explain and show what all was going on with my vehicle was highly appreciated. They want to work on your schedule as well and get you in & out with your vehicle to leave safely and peaceful in mind. All my other experiences at auto shops have never been close to this experience - I WILL be back.

I went in because another car place had told me I needed two services done. Service Street was honest and explained that one of the services was not necessary after testing my car. They always do a great job and have great costumer service. Whenever I go to them, I know that they’re not trying to rip me off!

Steven, Matt , and the service team were awesome! Had issues with my 2014 Subaru Crosstrek AC! EVAC Recharge. Problem solved. There was NO up sell. Fixed the issue and out the door. All my oil changes and future car repairs will be completed at Service Street Auto Repair! Cheers to a well run and honest car repair place.

My mom had a weird noise coming from her car while she was driving and we took it here because it was close by. Frank helped us at the front desk and had excellent customer service. It ended up just being a nail stuck somewhere in her car that was rattling. It’s great to find mechanics who are honest! We will be taking our cars here in the future.
