Update 2: Took the car to my go to car shop and they mentioned the shaft is bent, therefor making a strange sound when turning. I am starting to feel apprehensive about coming back to them. Giving them 2 stars now. Update 1: The car is great but come to find out, the car has third party springs installed. This was confirmed at the Tesla service center. Make sure you check out the car throughly and ask for the car history. Docked one star because of that. Just purchased my Tesla from Pristine Auto and it was the easiest purchase of my life. As supposed to big dealerships, they give you their best price up front and there is no back and forth with “finance” or the “manager”. You talk directly to the owners. Pierre and Roderick were great and I will gladly drive from Austin again for my next car!
