I had a really great experience at Pep Boys, and I especially want to appreciate Randolph, the manager, for his outstanding customer service. He is extremely friendly, honest, and genuinely takes the time to help you understand exactly what is going on with your car. What I appreciated most is how patient he was in explaining every issue in detail without rushing, making sure I understood all the options before making any decision. It is rare to find someone who is this transparent and truly looks out for the customer’s best interest. I would definitely recommend coming here, especially if Randolph is assisting you. He made the entire experience stress-free and gave me confidence that my car was in good hands. Truly one of the best service experiences I have had. Highly recommended!

View on GoogleI have visited pep boys your store three times for service, but I am not satisfied with my most recent visit last week. I came in for a front brake inspection. Before the visit, all my tire pressure sensors were working properly, and I could clearly see the tire pressure readings. During the inspection, they told that one sensor was broken and needed replacement. I agreed to the repair. After some time, they informed that another sensor was also broken. I am not sure how this happened, but I am certain that all sensors were working before my visit. When I asked for clarification, I did not receive a clear explanation. They charged around $97. However, after the service: The sensor that was replaced is not working properly I am now unable to see the tire pressure readings as I could before the visit This issue did not exist before I brought my car in, so I am concerned that something may have gone wrong during the service.

Specifically working with Randolph, he worked so hard and went the extra mile to assist me and get my car done within a very reasonable time frame. I found out he had been there since 3am working on my car to make sure I could pick it up in the morning and that really just speaks to the care he puts in to his work. Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing car help.
