I had a terrible experience here. After receiving my oil change on my 2023 Toyota tundra , I came home and parked my car for a few hours before going to work. Later that night , after two minutes of turning on the engine I got a light on my dash that told me low oil pressure… after I pulled over I noticed that there was oil dumped all up under and all over my car. Immediately, I called this kwik car who had performed an oil change for me. A mechanic was sent out and checked under my car only to notice that the Oil filter was gone, causing all the oil to spit out all over my truck. After waiting again for the store manager to bring out the correct parts in order to patch the situation They filled my oil on the side of the road and had me come back to check what was wrong with my car. Getting back to the shop, my oil was still not topped off, and I left oil all over the sides of my car. TJ, The store manager that was probably given this job did not accommodate me in anyway. The only thing that kept me from not blowing my top was the mechanic that was super apologetic and tried to accommodate for things that happened. Afterwards , My check engine light code was cleared, but came on about two minutes. I left with oil all over my hands all over my car and the situation just being patched. No accommodations were made, Not even an apology from the store manager himself. I highly suggest that you do not come here as it is cheaper to go to a car dealership anyways. I have a 2023 tundra with 160,000 miles. I Receive an oil change every 5000 miles ( 8 synthetic oil changes a year) and never once has this happened to me. I’m not sure how the store has so many good reviews when the service here is absolutely terrible. I have no interest in even taking my car back here to get things Fix correctly because I am scared that they will jeopardize my truck. If you are looking to get anything done here, I highly advise you to not go here.

We brought our car in for a warranty replacement of the alternator. The part was less than a year old and we were slightly frustrated at having to have our car towed again for the same problem. TJ and the folks at Kwik Kar were awesome to work with. They explained how our part was covered and they would be able to replace it at no charge to us. They completed the work quickly and our experience was great. I highly recommend them, we always use them for oil changes in our car inspections. It’s always been a great experience working with them.

Can’t say enough good things about this Kwik Kar auto center of Frisco! I pulled up, and the mechanic came out and took me immediately for my car inspection. It was even 16 minutes before closing time. Shannon inside was very quick, nice and informative how to complete my vehicle registration quickly!

I bring my newer model Lexus and BMW here for oil changes/PM and (now) state inspections, and they nail it every time. Super consistent, completely hassle-free, and way faster than dealing with the dealership (unless you’re getting those free dealership maintenance perks, skip them and come here instead). Highly recommend.

I've gotten my oil changed here several times. They are friendly, reasonably priced, and usually have me finished within an hour. They are also conveniently located which is nice so I can run to do other things while they work on my car. I highly recommend!
