I shopped for my vehicle at 3 different places and Frisco Kia had the one I fell in love with and negotiated a very fair price within my budget. Adam was amazing from beginning to end. He was very attentive to our needs and took care that we were completely satisfied. Your deal ship and staff are top notch!

Kyle worked hard to make this the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! No spending all day long with tired kids at the dealership, we were able to handle most of the deal ahead of time and come in to sign papers! Thank you Kyle!!

Will not be going back. For one, it’s way overpriced at $193 for oil change and tire rotation. Had an appointment at 4pm and it took 2 and 1/2 hours to complete the service. They washed my car and it looked absolutely terrible. No attention to detail at all. Just run it through and don’t care what it looks like. Then when I got in my car all the settings were messed up. Had turned my headlights off auto like they were, running lights off, had switched my clock off daylight savings time so time was off an hour. Had set my radio to guest. Not sure why they even messed with the settings. Plus, didn’t even refill my washer fluid that was completely empty. Definitely not happy with my experience and will be finding some other place to do the rest of my services.

Great job as always. Didn't know that the text from KIA would go to my junk/spam folder in my messages app. I didn't know and didn't check all day. A phone call to tell me to check that folder or a heads up before I left the dealership in the morning would have been helpful. I would assume I'm not the only customer this affects. Also, because my tires are "close to being replaced" the rotation wasnt performed. I was told this would have been a charge I wouldn't have wanted to pay for. But my bill was the same price since it was the "best price" option. I don't really think the reasoning matters especially if it's included in the price. It sounds to me more like this was something that was skipped to save time for the techs.

I wanted to share an update regarding my car alignment issue with Kia Frisco Service. Larry, the service manager, reached out to me and told me over the phone that they would take care of the issue as soon as possible. I trusted his word and went back to the dealership. After waiting for almost 3 hours, they told me they had fixed the alignment again. I have paperwork showing both the before and after alignment. The problem is, they acted like the car simply needed another alignment, but their technician failed to properly check why only the right tire was out of alignment. During my second visit, they were still unsure about the root cause, even after keeping me there for hours. After 3 hours, I was told they were working on a quote to fix the car. Then, just 5 minutes later, the advisor told me the technician needed to recheck the car again before giving a quote. Now they want me to come back for a third visit. This has been very frustrating and insulting. They offered to help but failed to properly validate or diagnose the issue after two visits. Please do not trust their complimentary car check. When I first came in on 04/29/2026, I had insurance coverage that could have covered everything with only a $500 deductible. Because of their unprofessional inspection and failure to identify the issue properly, I am now stuck in limbo with no insurance coverage and may have to pay out of pocket. I took my car to another dealership, and they found the root problem in just 45 minutes. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Kia Frisco Service and going to another dealership instead.
