I live only 3 miles from the Frisco location and chose to drive 6 miles to the Plano location because of their customer service. I arrived at 8:55 a.m. for my 9:00 a.m. appointment and didn’t leave until after 10:30 a.m. The only service performed was replacing one tire. Waiting over an hour and a half for a single tire change is unacceptable. A tire replacement should not take more than 20–30 minutes. It felt like customers were being made to sit and wait unnecessarily, especially when labor is billed by the hour. Very disappointed with this experience. To make matters worse, the facility itself was filthy and clearly in need of a deep cleaning. There were cobwebs everywhere, and it looked like the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped in quite some time. Cleanliness and customer service both fell far below expectations.

Absolutely terrible. I specifically called to ask if I need an appointment to get a flat tire repair and he told me that if I go in now, you should be able to get me in between 30 to 45 minutes and I went and I had to stay there for an hour and 45 minutes and the vehicle still was sitting in the parking lot and at some point there were four people standing by the counter Just chatting. This is the second time this happens when I get told an incorrect timeframe previously was regarding my alignment I will never be going back at this place again

View on GoogleI called the store before driving there to ensure they offered price match (Wal Mart) since they had the tires I needed in stock. The employee said as long as the price listed was sold by Wal Mart and not a 3rd party it would be no problem. When I arrived I provided the price from Wal Mart, showing sold by them, and after a few minutes of him speaking to his manager, he said they couldnt do it. This is even though they have this sign displayed in their lobby when you walk in.

Christoper Barrett at 6405 Coit in Frisco was very kind in allowing me to see about getting a set of wiper blades and installing them at that time. Although it was after closing time, the technician, Jacob Leon did install them for me. They both went above and beyond and I very much appreciate all of their kindness and want it to be noticed by Just Tires.
