Daniel offered me excellent service. He first came to check on my tires and then explained to me thoroughly the process. Then took my car to the technician. It has a nice waiting area, clean bathroom and a tv if you find yourself bored. This Goodyear has great location in Preston road, and very good pricing. Its my first time at Goodyear and left a happy customer, thank you
View on GoogleMy 1st experience here was when, prior to a long trip, I went to fill a low tire with air at the gas station right next door- the gas station's machine was broken, so I pulled into Goodyear and asked if they could put air in my tire. They did, and checked all my tires, and did so quickly, and as a courtesy! I couldn't believe that they did that and did not charge me anything. Several months later, a different tire was low so I just took it straight over there and ask them to check it, which they did, again no charge for airing up my tires. Still couldn't believe it. Both times, quick and courteous service (I THINK the woman's name was Brittany?). However, today I needed my state inspection. I went to two places only for them to say "Sorry, our inspector isn't here, so we can't do it. " I decided to call Goodyear, because they had been so accommodating in the past that I felt they had earned my business. I spoke to Gina on the phone, and she said "Come to us! We'll take care of you!" and she meant it. All of the staff was so kind, friendly, and helpful! I watched the way that they interacted with other customers, as well as the way they treated me. They were each so jovial (there are very few people I can use that word to describe, and there were three right there all in one place), and they had me in and out in approximately 20 minutes. I will definitely be back, and can confidently recommend them. Thank you for the best customer service experience I've had in a long time!
View on GoogleI had a fantastic experience at Good Year this afternoon. I came in with a nail in my tire, and was warmly greeted by Lucky and Nardin. They did an awesome job explaining everything to me upfront, they didn't try to upsell me. As much as I HATE unforeseen accidents on my vehicle, I am always thankful and happy that Lucky and Nardin are going to take care of me.
