5-star experience at Frisco CDJR. I brought in my 2023 RAM 1500 Limited Night Edition, and my service advisor, Hunter Pearce, was exceptional. For a high-end truck like the Limited, you want someone who pays attention to the details, and Hunter delivered. His communication is top-notch—he kept me updated via text and was always available for questions. It’s rare to find such a professional and dedicated advisor. If you’re looking for someone who actually takes care of your vehicle and respects your time, ask for Hunter. The management should be proud to have him on the team. I’ll definitely be back for all future service.

Service was standard and straight forward, prices for wearables were a little upcharged (battery/tires). Reason im leaving a mid review is because they are bombarding my phone with requests for feedback and its very annoying when im at work and im recieving texts and phone calls every 20 minutes. Use a burner phone.

I thought my experience was great. I found a 2017 dodge durango gt, exactly what i was looking for. It was used and had some issues. They told me they would fix them up. Car was at 75k miles. Not even 3 months after getting the vehicle, the patchwork repairs ran their course, and I started having issues. Misfiring pistons, oil leak, electrical issues where tailights wouldn't work, even after replacing the fuses and whole assembly. Now, at only 95k miles, this car I got screwed over with sits undriveable in a parking lot after stalling out and failing to start. I have no money to fix anything with it, and the insurance/warranty they wanted to offer me was too much for me to pay monthly at this time. Avoid this dealer.

I brought my 2023 Dodge Charger Widebody Scat Pack in for an oil change. The service advisor, Hunter Pearce, showed me three options—Good ($119.95), Better ($139.95), and Best ($159.95). I chose the “Good” option and signed the estimate for $129.85. After the service, I was told the total was around $160 because my car “needs more oil.” That was never mentioned upfront. I’ve been driving Charger Scat Packs for 5 years and have always paid the listed price for oil changes at other dealerships—never more. Just because I drive a nice car doesn’t mean it’s okay to overcharge me after the fact. Hunter saw the car before giving me the quote and didn’t say anything about possible extra charges. There’s a tiny disclaimer on the sheet that says “prices may vary,” but it’s barely noticeable and definitely wasn’t pointed out. It honestly feels like they show you a low price to get your approval, then raise it later. It comes off as dishonest and like they’re scamming people. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone after this experience.
