What impressed me the most was their honesty and integrity. I typically get nervous when it comes to bringing my car in to get service, but this was not the case at Frisco Auto Body. Instead of trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, they focused on a cost-effective solution to align with my needs and get me back on the road. It's refreshing to find an auto body shop that truly puts its customers first. The quality of service, transparency, and excellent customer care exceeded my expectations. They did a fantastic job on my Hyundai Tucson that I scraped all along the side of my garage trying to get 2 cars inside before a storm. I had also backed into a trash can the year prior and had a dent and missing paint in the trunk panel. (Yes, I clearly need to brush up on my driving skills). Their pricing is fantastic; to fix the entire car (left driver door and left front panel scraped/dented/missing paint, and trim around the driver tire broken, plus the dent and missing paint in trunk panel) was less than Caliber had quoted me just to fix the trunk panel. They fixed it quickly (3 days) and it looks good as new! I’m so happy with the results and the pricing. They do only take cash/zelle if doing self-pay (they also work for insurance) so know that going in! They are very clear in advance on this policy so no worries there. This is a family operation, I got to meet the owner when I picked up my car. He was willing to work with my schedule even after hours for drop off or pickup. Definitely will use them again if I ever need to!

I had a great experience at this body shop! They did an excellent job repairing my Toyota Corolla, and the car looks as good as new. The staff was professional, and the gentleman who helped me throughout the process was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated every step of the way. I recently took my truck here for repairs from a collision and discovered that they were the most competitive out of all the other auto body shops in the area. Caliber Collison, which is nearby, quoted me $1,600 for equivalent repairs. Another local auto body shop nearby quoted me $1,100 for the same repairs. Frisco Auto Body charged me only $650. They did an amazing job! See attached photos for reference. I had some paint chip off my rear bumber from a collision. I wanted to get it repaired fast to prevent the bumber from potentially rusting. The bumber now looks like the collision never happened!
