I had a really good experience with European Auto Care. I get my BMW & Cayenne serviced here in Frisco. I have had multiple misleading & costly advices at different service centers in and around town. And then a friend of mine recommended European Auto Care, kudos to Edward he was super courteous and respectful the whole time. ⭐ 1 Star Very poor experience and extremely disappointing workmanship. I paid around $2,000 for a coolant pump repair on my Audi Q5, and during the same visit multiple problems were caused after their service. Immediately after picking up the vehicle, the check engine light came on. When I brought it to their attention, they initially denied responsibility and suggested it was unrelated to their work. However, after further inspection, they later discovered that a fuel injector had not been secured properly during their repair, which they had to fix. At the same time, I also discovered that all of my center console buttons had completely lost power, even though everything was working perfectly before I brought the car in. This issue started immediately after their service. They were not able to fix the center console issue and eventually told me to take the car to a dealership. After all of this happened, they did not offer an apology or take responsibility. Instead, I was told that I have the right to complain wherever I want. It is extremely frustrating to pay a significant amount of money for repairs and receive the car back with new problems that did not exist before. I expected proper testing, accountability, and professional workmanship before returning my vehicle, but that did not happen. I strongly recommend that others carefully inspect their vehicle before leaving this shop.
