Ali is always extremely helpful, clearly explains any issues, and only recommends services or parts replacements when they are truly needed, all at very competitive prices. The customer service after repairs is also excellent. Recently, Ali did a great job fixing the steering problem on my Ford Escape, and the pricing was very reasonable. I truly appreciate the honest and reliable service.

Even on a busy Saturday, they got us in right away and had the inspection completed in about 20 minutes. The store manager was very friendly and made the whole process quick and easy. I also appreciated that they weren’t pushy about recommending repairs or trying to upsell us. Great customer service and a hassle-free experience.
