Amazing customer service today! I have been hearing a very faint sound of sputtering on my car and did not know where it was coming from. I never expressed this concern as I was there to get an oil change. They came to me with the photos showing me what was going on and talked about the “sputtering “sound.. They were able to speak to the problem, professionally with the recommend recommendations to fix. Super, super happy with her professionalism, knowledge and hospitality.

Pulled in and immediately an attendant came to my car. Waiting area was inviting and comfortable seating was provided. When the inspection was completed the attendant made a recommendation for an additional service item. Overall the time spent was relatively short and it was a great experience.

The manager at this shop is very unprofessional, impersonal and in-genuine. I brought my vehicle in for a state inspection. He did not greet me when I pulled up. It felt more like he just wanted to hurry and get me out of there. He seemingly appeared annoyed with my presence. He also did not do a thorough inspection of my vehicle either. Didn’t check tires, lights etc. You know, things that matter about a vehicle? All in all- It felt like my presence there was unwanted and like a burden, if you will. I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience, and will not be returning. This shop was so much better when it under Kwik Kar’s name and management! Also, just a warning to everyone- they’re over charging for state inspections when they’re not allowed to do that per state laws. Best of luck to anyone who takes their vehicle here!
