Not a Break Masters as advertised. I called just now and upon the initial answer the you d man said a totally different name. I told I had the wrong number and thought I was calling Break Masters. I have a warranty I wanted to use for my service. He said “Yeah we are break masters. Masters of breaks!” I explained the warranty I wanted to use and then concluded the call.
View on GoogleSo this is misleading as the location is not a Brake Masters. When I called the location, I was informed that they have not been a Brake Masters for 12 years. My daughter took her vehicle there for a brake inspection. This was after taking it to two different brake shops to obtain quotes. The price they quoted was around $4,000 so we decided to take it elsewhere. They would not let my daughter drive the vehicle and had to get it towed which is understandable. While getting worked on today, it was discovered that one of the brake pads was left off and did something to the caliper which caused it to leak. Pretty shady to do this to someone's vehicle. If you take a component off for inspection, it should be put back on once the inspection is done. Real shady practice to try and get business.

My Audi gave me scratching sound when brake so I took it here, it turns out to be debris/moisture, and the brake system didn’t need replacement. They spend almost an hour with diagnostic and didn’t charge me because it didn’t require fixing. Definitely recommend this place!
View on GoogleI stopped in to get my oil changed and I liked the service I got. I have a vehicle that has a skid protector under and extra work was involved in getting to the oil filter. My vehicle also required over 6 qts of oil and there was no extra charge. I recommend getting your auto serviced here, they are fair and friendly! CRC Friendswood
