View on GoogleI was just asked to take my business elsewhere by Scott. No auto repair shop has ever told me that. I asked for his expert opinion in trying to determine if I needed work done, and he refused to give it to me. I was hoping, with his expertise, that he could walk me through a decision and he just didn't want to. He just told me to find another shop to work with. I was not unpleasant at all to Scott. I was not rude. I felt my questions were normal and appropriate, so I was dumfounded when he basically asked me to leave. Perhaps, he didn't want to give his expert opinion for liability issues. If that was true, I could understand that. I was just blown away he asked me to do business somewhere else. All the mechanics I've talked to were happy to discuss the issue and walk me through to a decision. In any case, I'm sure these guys do good work, but I've never had an experience like that before at an auto repair shop. Very strange.
View on GoogleI don’t write a lot of reviews but these guys really deserve five stars.. Brought truck in and they gave me a quote to which I agreed to proceed. When I arrived to pick it up and pay, they told me part of the repair wasn’t necessary (an original part was still good) That took my total from $1150 to ~ $870 Its not often a mechanic tab is less than originally quoted!
View on GoogleFor years this was the one shop in Friendswood I always recommended to anyone who asked.....until yesterday. I felt taken advantage of. I was charged for repairs I did not authorize. I told them the overheating was the priority. They did other repairs and I was charged over $500 just to be told by car is junk, but was told "hey your ac blows cold now." Yeah...wonderful....when going into winter months on a car that needs an engine. I used to go to church with the owners of this place. Did Bible study with the wife and loved her. I really thought I could go here after getting messed over by another local repair shop I actually used to work at. In fact I had used them a couple times before and left a good review five years ago. That was deleted... I'm dissappointed.

No problem when I grabbed my keys and then when I brought it right back with the AC and instead of admitting they broke it they tell me that it’s 2500 worth of damage, yet they wasn’t an issue until then. Definitely janky and so no recommend. So now after paying $265 for this service I’m now screwed on AC
