Last year I had taken my Nissan here to get my A/C checked because it was only hot air blowing. I tried putting in freon and antifreeze. I still was feeling hot air. I have 5 kids and 3 are constantly seeing Dr's. I trusted to go to this place to find the solution to my problem. After they looked at my car, they told me that I need a new evaporator core and the cost was over 4,000 dollars. They would need my car for a week. That would mean I would have to pay additional cost to find another means of transportation. I called to get other places to get it fixed and the lowest price I could find was $2200. I could not afford that so my children and I baked in the Texas heat because as a single mom I knew that I wouldn't be able to afford that. We had to work with car fans. I wanted to wait until income tax time thos year 2026 to get it fixed and I went to the place that was going to charge me $2200, and they checked my car first before fixing the evaporator core. The guy told me that all my car needed was freon and my a/c recharged. This cost me $280. My car has been blowing cold air with no problems. This company showed no honesty at all, no compassion, and no care. I know I am a woman and I don't know much, but I didn't even get as much as to go get a 2nd opinion. I learned a valuable lesson. Get a second opinion because just because they say they are honest and they wouldn't charge you for services you don't need, it doesn't make them honest it just makes it all about money. No matter how much their lie affects someone else. Biggest advice for this place: if you are a person who doesn't know anything about cars and don't have anyone else to help you and they give you a price that was as ridiculous as mine, please go somewhere else and get a second opinion before settling for what they said. That issue may not be the issue that they told you. Now a days, companies will do anything to make money and that means to LIE. I only needed my a/c recharged and some freon. I did not need an evaporator core. Its funny how your response is that I was duped, and I had the same diagnostic done that showed no leak at all. My issues were not the same issues. They used integrity and decided to be my second opinion as opposed to just duping me out of over $4000. If it was as bad as the guy told me, I would of ran out of freon by now. Its been a month and a half. And where was your compassion knowing that I was struggling to pay with 5 kids as explained to your technician. All he offered me was to apply for a credit card. Maybe you could of did the samething that the company that fixed my problem did. Even if it was temporary, if that was the case. I wouldn't of went a whole summer in severe heat with 5 kids because I struggled to afford. On top of that, my second opinion was still $2000 less in price.

I got my car worked on here and had a great experience overall. The service was quick, communication was clear, and everything was explained to me in a way that made sense. Logan made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle and kept things straightforward from start to finish. The work done on my car came out solid, and everything has been running smoothly since. You can tell they take pride in their work and don’t cut corners. I’d definitely come back again and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable shop work.

Sent my 16 year old into this shop for his first oil change. I was there 2 days prior for an oil change myself and informed the guy with the broken arm about the situation. My son went in and was hounded for $30 tire rotation and a brake fluid flush even though my son and I just last weekend changed his brakes and pulled fresh fluid all the way through the brake system. Don’t send your children or wives to this spot; they are dishonest. My son also showed them this coupon and they didn’t give him the discount. Hope your $10 profit is worth the lost business.

Came in for a diagnostic test on some intermittent car troubles. Of course, the car doesn’t reveal any issues at the time of Eagle Auto’s mechanic testing everything. Because of this, they did not charge me the fee for the diagnostic. THANK YOU!!! I did get an oil change and my tires rotated for a GREAT price. All together, spent 2 hours there, which is actually very quick for all the work that was done. Very sincere operation. Clarity in details on what’s being done. Great customer service, speedy service, low costs. Highly recommend and will be returning.

Been taking all of our vehicles here for years. Austin is great! He's always very knowledgeable and helpful, always provides fantastic insights and info. Always happy with the rest of the staff, as well. They're always honest and fair
