This is hands down one of the most transparent and honest mechanic shops my girlfriend and I have ever been to. They made sure to take care of us to the best of their abilities and did not disappoint. We brought my girlfriend’s car in for suspension issues and they took care of it fairly quickly. Not to mention they offer a warranty on parts and labor to make sure they back up their amazing work. Hospitality is also amazing. The owner is extremely professional and caring. You can tell she cares about her business and the customer. At no point did we feel like they were trying to bleed our bank account dry like other sleezy mechanic shops try to do. Yes they do point out other issues with the car; however, they require you’re authorization before continuing with any additional work. So if you are in for “just an oil change”, that’s exactly what you will leave with. There won’t be any surprise costs waiting for you when you pick your vehicle up. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Good quality parts and labor was done to a good quality. Problem was my car was in the shop for a month as after diagnosing, no parts were ordered or service even scheduled for over 2 weeks. When I would call during this time to get updates, I was strung along with no one knowing the status and promising to call back but no call backs ever happened. When I went to the shop to retrieve my car and take it somewhere else for lack of progress or updates, they finally started moving on my car and ordered parts and installed in a timely manner. 1 month in the shop for the work done is outrageous when parts arrived within 2 days of ordering shows that the shop dropped the ball on scheduling leading to the long time.

Major repairs are never something you look forward to, but this shop made the experience about as good as it could be. While there were some delays in sourcing parts—which is understandable these days—the team stayed on top of communication the entire time. I received consistent daily updates on status and progress, which made a big difference and kept the process from becoming frustrating. Their transparency, professionalism, and follow-through really stood out. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in keeping their customers informed. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing transmission work.
