Walked in with my 2017 VW Jetta GLI for an oil change and was in and out in ~30 minutes. Sergio at the desk was great—clear, honest, no upsell nonsense. Correct oil spec, new filter and gasket, fluids topped, quick inspection. Price was fair and the car runs smooth. Feels like a true mom-and-pop German shop that actually knows VWs. Way better experience than the dealership. I’ll be back.

Just the work doesn’t back it up my car was in and out of the shop for over 6 months engine light stayed on never went off payed over 5 thousand dollars for my car to drive two months! Took it to another shop where they found medal shards in my oil! Was never offered a refund or anything!

They were also very thorough in their inspection of my vehicle, showing me photos of the whole vehicle and letting me know what might need attention soon and what to watch for.

View on GoogleI came in today for an oil change, to verify previous work done, and to ensure my car was in good order at the 90K marker. They were busy and short handed. Despite this they worked me in and found that my oil pan needed to be replaced. They were professional, worked was completed in a timely manner, and went the extra mile when they didn't have to. Ill definitely return for future repair & maintenance!
